Hello, my name is Christina and I look forward to meeting you. My goal for Lakeside Psychiatry is to create a space where individuals could feel truly heard, understood, and supported on their mental health journey. Too often, people feel like they have to hide parts of themselves or put on a mask to fit into the world, and I wanted to provide an environment where vulnerability is not only accepted but welcomed. My practice is rooted in the belief that mental health is just as important as physical health, and healing begins with a compassionate, non-judgmental connection. I believe in building strong, trusting relationships with my patients, empowering them to explore their concerns, and helping them gain the tools they need to thrive. If you’re seeking a safe, welcoming space where you can take the time to open up, explore your inner world, and find lasting solutions, I would be honored to walk with you through that process.
I believe that true healing begins when we embrace our vulnerabilities. It is often through our openness and honesty that we connect with others and begin to understand ourselves more deeply. I strive to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to share your thoughts and feelings.
I believe in empowering my patients with knowledge and supporting them in making informed decisions about their treatment. When it comes to medication, my goal is never to pressure anyone into taking anything they’re uncomfortable with. Instead, I see my role as a guide—providing clear, balanced information about the options available, helping you understand how medications might fit into your overall treatment plan, and answering any questions you may have. Together, we can explore what makes the most sense for your unique needs and preferences, always with your well-being at the forefront. My approach is collaborative, and I’m here to ensure you feel confident and supported in every step of your journey. I look forward to being a supportive guide in your healing process, and I hope to be a place where you feel comfortable, understood, and valued.
